Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting scalable multi-tier web services.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
• Knowledge of lifecycle processes: coding standards, reviews, source control, build, testing, live-site operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product and technical direction, partnering with adjacent teams to coordinate architecture and feature delivery.
• Own operational posture end to end: on call, incident response, availability metrics.
• Build and grow a high performing team with a culture of ownership and operational rigor.
