Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web service development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, grow and mentor technical staff.
• Own the software development lifecycle and metrics for the service.
• Partner with product managers to define and execute the roadmap.
• Contribute to open source and present at community events.
