Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Valley Forge, PA, is seeking an experienced Full Spectrum Leader to oversee 7–12 engineers across the Mission Planner Module and Radar Control Processor portfolios. You will direct systems and software engineering, drive roadmaps, and ensure high‑quality delivery for radar modeling, scene construction, and signal processing in simulation environments.

What We’re Doing

Lockheed Martin is advancing next-generation command and control capabilities to support critical missions through scalable, data-driven systems. You will join the Enterprise Mission C2 (EMC2) organization leading a team that develops the Mission Planner Module (MPM) and supports Radar Control Processor (RCP) design engineering. These engineers develop radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, and radar control processing components within simulation and digital twin environments – in support of the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar Products (MMDR) in Valley Forge, PA. We are seeking an experienced Full Spectrum Leader with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working toward varying objectives. As a Full Spectrum Leader, you will be responsible for leading an organization of 7-12 high-performing engineers to incrementally deliver capabilities across the MPM and RCP portfolios.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute supporting roadmaps across both engineering teams, while identifying resource, staffing, and capability needs.
  • Participate in technical reviews to foster a continuous improvement mindset and strengthen the quality of delivered artifacts.
  • This Manager will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate engineering processes, technical personnel, and design tools are applied and managed.
  • Technical leadership of portfolio tasking, from development through on-site participation in real-world demonstration events.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+years of Software, Systems, Integration & Test engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated informal or formal leadership of small, high‑performing engineering teams, integrated events, or demonstrations.
Desired Skills
  • Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and signal processing.
  • Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools for radar modeling.
  • Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
