Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead a group of 20 software engineers to design and maintain radar software.
- Provide day-to-day technical and task leadership for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with program, system, and hardware managers to plan projects.
- Plan staffing for ongoing and upcoming projects with leadership.
- Assist recruitment and intern programs for software staff.
- Implement and lead software development processes and QA standards.
- Mentor engineers on growth and performance expectations.
- Interface with QMS to support ISO and CMMI requirements and audits.
- Ensure training, time recording, and cyber-security compliance.
