Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an engineering leader to guide a team of about 20 Power Engineers based in Moorestown, NJ and Syracuse, NY. This leadership role will drive system power engineering across Radar Systems and Solutions portfolios.

You will mentor engineers, manage recruiting, training, and performance, and direct design, integration, and testing of hardware and power systems for multiple programs, coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Proven leadership of cross-disciplinary teams within complex programs.
• Experience with hardware engineering processes and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a 20-person power engineering team across Moorestown, NJ and Syracuse, NY.
• Oversee research, design, integration, testing of power systems and hardware components.
• Coordinate with program managers, systems engineering, manufacturing, and vendors to meet requirements.
