Palo Alto Networks, via Chronosphere, is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Developer Infrastructure team. You will nurture a strong team responsible for the tooling and processes that support our internal software development teams across cloud-native environments.

You will own the engineering roadmap, balance priorities, and drive delivery while ensuring reliability and scalable growth. Collaboration with leadership and People teams is essential for a healthy culture and successful hiring.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with full developer toolchains in a modern SDLC including CI/CD technologies.
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure supporting multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Proven ability to hire, close, and retain engineers at multiple levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to production.
• Strong collaboration with recruiting and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap for Developer Infrastructure and manage projects.
• Set priorities with Infrastructure leadership and drive execution.
• Own the reliability of Developer Infrastructure and ensure uptime.
• Partner with other engineering leaders to scale processes.
• Maintain a healthy team culture with People team support.
• Lead hiring and day-to-day execution for the team.
