Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in high‑scale infrastructure or related roles.
• 7+ years in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Java, C++, or Rust). Go is preferred.
• 5+ years with cloud-native distributed systems, AWS or GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals, networking, and resource isolation.
• Proven ability to estimate complex work and debug distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex distributed systems problems at the largest scales.
• Scale production infrastructure globally using Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.
• Use Go to build and operate scalable backend services.
• Develop internal tools to monitor, alert, and optimize live production footprint.
• Architect and build high-scale developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and testing environments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to define ephemeral environments.
• Drive systemic quality by removing bottlenecks via tooling and telemetry processing.
