Bubble is seeking an Engineering Manager on the Developer Experience Pod to lead a team improving how engineers build, test, ship, and monitor code. You’ll own complex initiatives from design through execution, delivering measurable gains in velocity, performance, and satisfaction.

You’ll partner with senior engineers to set standards, drive AI tooling adoption, and scale the DX program across Bubble’s engineering org while remaining hands-on when needed.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Strong proficiency across the stack from frontend to infrastructure.
• Experience with developer tooling, build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience utilizing AI tooling to accelerate development workflows with safety and effectiveness.
• Ability to organize and lead multiple projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for the developer experience within Bubble.
• Own the DX strategy and roadmap, identifying and executing the biggest opportunities to improve velocity and quality.
• Lead career development and hiring for your team, promoting engineers equitably.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tooling, into our development lifecycle.
• Partner with staff engineers and engineering managers to roll out changes with impact.
• Set technical quality standards and balance debt investments with product roadmaps.
• Optimize the local development loop, including build and hot reload times.
