Figma is hiring an Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence to lead a 6-8 engineer team focused on ensuring design and code align with customer design systems. You will shape AI-guided contexts, build evaluation datasets, and drive high-quality execution.

You will partner with Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver measurable impact across workflows, with a strong emphasis on design quality and system adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and growing high-impact engineering teams.
• Hands-on depth in building AI assistants and evaluation systems.
• Experience with modern AI development and evaluation workflows.
• Strong software engineering foundation and a platform mindset.
• Ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities
