Job summary
Anduril Industries seeks a senior engineering leader to grow and scale our Air Dominance & Strike team, guiding the technical direction of simulation platforms and modular architectures. You will collaborate with government agencies and defense partners to ensure robust, secure software delivery in dynamic environments.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership and hands-on software development, experience with classified environments, and the ability to scope engineering work for government
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership, building and scaling software teams.
- 5+ years hands-on software development and strong systems-architecture knowledge.
- Experience in secure, classified or air-gapped environments.
- Experience collaborating with business development, writing technical proposals, or scoping engineering work for government contracts.
- Stakeholder management: negotiate delivery paths with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Grow, mentor, and scale the engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define technical direction with the Chief Engineer and modernize simulation architectures into modular systems.
- Maintain relationships with government-owned simulation environments and defense funding agencies.
- Collaborate with business development to identify opportunities and lead technical proposals to expand team footprint.
