Adobe Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for iOS within the Video organization to lead a team delivering high-impact, production-grade iOS experiences. You will set architectural direction, champion quality, and promote the use of AI-assisted development to move fast while maintaining safety and security.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to drive strategy, prioritization, and user-centered outcomes, shaping the future of mobile video creation tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping Apple iOS apps at scale.
• Experience leading senior engineers and growing teams.
• Fluency with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS SDK.
• Ability to shape product strategy with design and product partners.
• Comfort in ambiguous spaces and trade-off analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior iOS engineers and set quality standards.
• Define architecture and ensure performance and maintainability.
• Coach on AI-assisted development and guardrails.
