Job summary

CSI in Paducah, Kentucky is seeking a Manager - Software Engineering (Conversions) to lead a team that builds, maintains, and supports data conversion and migration solutions, ensuring reliable client migrations. You will partner with Implementation, Product, Project Management and Engineering to drive delivery, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across the conversion lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, implementations, or related technical functions.
• Deep expertise in data conversion and migration methodologies with hands-on ETL proficiency.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting customer data conversion and migration initiatives.
• Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes related to conversion projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Support system integrations, data conversion activities, and technical delivery processes.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations are met across the conversion lifecycle.
• Champion AI and intelligent automation to streamline conversion activities and accelerate client implementations.
