Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Manager of Software Engineering (Conversions) to lead a team focused on customer data conversion and migration.

You will drive automation and AI adoption, collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering, and ensure delivery success across conversion projects. The role requires 6+ years in software/technical roles, strong leadership, data mapping and ETL proficiency, and experience with Agile and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, implementations, project delivery, or related technical functions.
Deep expertise in data conversion and migration methodologies including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation with hands-on ETL proficiency.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with AI-enabled development tools and SDLC/Agile practices.
Experience using Azure DevOps and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting customer data conversion and migration initiatives.
Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes related to conversion projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.
Support system integrations, data conversion activities, and technical delivery processes.
Foster collaboration and effective communication among technical and business stakeholders.
Ensure project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations are met throughout the conversion lifecycle.
Support the strategic adoption of AI and intelligent automation within the Conversions organization, identifying opportunities to streamline conversion activities and accelerate client implementations.
