Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of production software systems experience.
• 2+ years of people management leading teams of at least 4 engineers.
• Strong backend and distributed systems experience.

• Lead design reviews and ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product/design to translate requirements into robust systems.
