Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team that builds and runs anthropic.com and claude.com, the brand web surfaces where the world meets Claude and Anthropic. You’ll guide a senior team, own the full stack behind our marketing web, and ship pages in a fast paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with design, editorial, marketing, and product growth engineering to deliver robust CMS architecture, publishing pipeline, design system code, and launch tooling that keeps editors

Qualifications

Led a high‑traffic marketing or brand web surface end to end: CMS, frontend, infrastructure, publishing workflow.
Deep frontend expertise with modern JS stack and CMS tooling.
Track record shipping under launch pressure with cross‑functional partners.
Experience aligning Design, Marketing, and Engineering toward brand goals.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the web engineering team, coaching and hiring.
Own the technical roadmap for anthropic.com and claude.com: CMS, publishing workflow, performance, localization.
Lead launch engineering for model, product, and campaign moments with high quality pages.
Build tooling to empower designers and editors to publish without bottlenecks.
Collaborate with design, editorial, marketing, and product growth engineering.
