Job summary

Runpod is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact product engineering team. You will own a roadmap area end-to-end across Runpod’s console, APIs, and developer workflows, guiding architecture, execution, quality, and launch for millions of users.

You should have 6+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in people leadership, and deep experience with Linux systems or cloud platforms. This is a remote-first role with strong collaboration across Product, Design, and Infra.

Qualifications

• Engineering management experience: 2+ years leading a software team, ownership of roadmap delivery, hiring/firing, performance, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery for a product area, shipping new functionality and iterating surfaces.
• Plan and execute roadmaps with clear milestones, tradeoffs, and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture for scalable product-layer services.
• Build and grow a high-performing, remote-first team through hiring, mentoring, and feedback.
