Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud. We enable researchers and developers to experiment, train, fine-tune, deploy, and scale AI on a single platform.

The platform has processed over 20B inference requests and raised a $100M Series A in 2026. We’re a remote-first team seeking a Director, Product Management to define and execute the product vision for Runpod’s AI cloud platform, owning end-to-end lifecycle including serverless endpoints, GPU instances, AI services, APIs, and DX.

Qualifications

• Product leadership experience with 7+ years in PM.
• 3+ years leading PMs and designers in hyper-growth.
• Deep SaaS/PaaS/IaaS experience and cloud infra knowledge.
• Understanding of GPUs, Kubernetes, and ML workflows.
• Proven delivery of shipped products with measurable impact.
• Remote-first operating experience across distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and short-term roadmap for Runpod’s product suite.
• Act as voice of the customer with ML engineers and enterprise clients.
• Build and scale a world-class product organization of PMs and designers.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering to ensure feasible roadmaps.
• Define pricing models for compute, storage, and serverless usage.
• Drive data-driven prioritization using analytics and churn data.
• Champion an excellent DX with intuitive console, APIs, and SDKs.
