Franklin Fitch is assisting in the recruitment of a Client Systems Manager for a leading global investment organization in Boston. The role leads a team of software developers and technical resources, owning the roadmap and delivering client-facing technology enhancements that support sales and distribution functions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, oversee integrations, and drive best-in-class development practices

• Lead, manage and develop a team of software developers and technical resources.
• Provide technical leadership and direction across client and distribution technology.
• Oversee the design, development and delivery of new applications, integrations and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution and other business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities and direction for technical teams.
• Take ownership of the roadmap, delivery and ongoing evolution of key client-facing systems.
• Support technology platforms including Salesforce and Seismic alongside the wider applications ecosystem.
• Drive strong software engineering and development practices across the team.
• Manage third-party technology partners and vendors where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and technology capabilities.
• Ensure appropriate levels of platform stability, governance, security and compliance.
• Support the continued adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate
