Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong software development background to guide architecture decisions.
• Experience in financial services, trading, or capital markets.
• Solid Jira proficiency managing multiple projects and sprints.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.
• Understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and software design.
