Job summary

The World’s Identity Company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Client Foundations team within Access Essentials. You will guide libraries, tooling, security, and infrastructure for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows platforms.

You’ll manage engineers, shape strategy and roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable delivery while developing talent and aligning with product goals. Join us to build reliable identity infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineering teams, balancing new feature/product development and maintaining existing features.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including alignment, prioritization, communication, and feedback integration.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering outcomes, balancing constraints and tight deadlines.
• 10-15 years of development experience with at least 4 years as macOS, iOS, or Android engineer; still apply technical judgment for design decisions.
• Experience with SDLC, testing automation, release orchestration using feature flags, configuration mgmt, and CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of secure web development fundamentals, fault-tolerant systems, and cloud technologies.
