Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence and projects within technical centers and plants.
• Drive automation, control systems, robotics, and AI/ML solutions.
• Oversee mechanical design, prototyping, and component validation.
• Translate R&D into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Manage material packaging tech development and supplier qualifications.
• Lead Instrumentation, Metrology, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster technical leadership and adoption of digital solutions.
