You will own the full mobile surface, from architecture to roadmap execution, and be the primary engineering voice for mobile across product, design, and leadership. This high-ownership role shapes user experiences on the go.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management leading mobile teams in product-focused settings.
• Experience driving AI-powered tool adoption to boost productivity.
• Lifecycle ownership from architecture to release for mobile products.
• Experience at scale with high adoption and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of mobile engineers across iOS and Android.
• Own the technical direction, architecture, and quality of mobile apps.
• Drive roadmap execution with product and design partners.
• Collaborate with Backend, Platform, Security, and Data teams.
• Establish testing, code review, release processes, and on-call response.
• Represent mobile to planning and leadership teams.
• Foster a high-trust, feedback-forward culture and coach engineers.
• Drive AI adoption to streamline code reviews and automation.
