Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead Backend, Frontend, and AI-driven support tooling. You will own the technical vision for core support tools, guide the team through architecture reviews, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on fan-centric experiences.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product partners, and help scale the team and platform with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager leading productive teams.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing UX improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Backend, Frontend, AI, and automation engineers.
• Define the technical vision for SeatGeek’s support tools and integrations.
• Review code and architecture; mentor and provide career development support.
