Job summary

SeatGeek seeks an engineering manager to lead Backend, Frontend, and AI teams focused on support tools for a marketplace product. You will shape the technical vision, guide architecture, and drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact features that improve fan experiences.

You will mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and collaborate with product and design leadership to align roadmaps. Remote-friendly environment with equity and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record shipping UX-enhancing support tools for marketplaces.
• Ability to lead end-to-end architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, AI, and automation engineers.
• Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations.
• Build and iterate tools to boost fan experience and uphold operational excellence.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews; provide feedback to the team.
• Provide performance feedback, 1:1s, and career development support to reports.
• Collaborate with product and tech leadership to align on roadmap and goals.
