Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead one or more core engineering teams, shaping the roadmap and improving delivery across platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive performance reviews, and recruit top talent while aligning technical decisions with product strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more core engineering teams and own the domain vision.
Provide technical and design feedback through code and architecture reviews.
Play an active role in recruiting and growing the engineering team.
Give regular performance feedback and career development support to reports.
Collaborate with Product and Design to align on roadmaps and strategy.
Make build-vs-buy decisions with the team and communicate them.
Ensure communication of technical decisions to stakeholders and resolve blockers.
