Job summary

bet365 is seeking an Engineering Manager I to coordinate and drive software delivery. You will build and lead a team focused on real time, scalable systems, with emphasis on governance, quality and delivery.

You will guide SDLC transformation in the AI era, steer architecture and ensure solutions meet business needs. This hybrid role is based in Denver, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading teams to deliver high quality solutions.
• Developing low latency, highly available and scalable solutions.
• Experience with Agentic transformation to the SDLC.
• Driving AI efficiency initiatives.
• Experience of event-based systems.
• Server side development such as Services, Systems, Messaging, Middleware.
• Frontend development experience, such as React and Typescript.
• Good database application programming ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly.
