The role offers a full-stack mix with Go, TypeScript, React, SQL and Kafka, deploying to GCP. The environment is fast-paced and delivery focused, with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring developers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring developers.
• Ability to prioritise people over process.
• Skill in solving problems within a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial experience using Cloud Platforms.
• Knowledge of React and Typescript.
• Experience with Golang microservices.
• Exposure to C#, .net, MSSQL or WPF.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of scalable, maintainable systems.
• Acting as an escalation point for the team during and out of office hours.
• Applying governance around solution design and standards.
• Owning technical solutions from development to live deployment.
