Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• 5+ years as a software engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or a related field.
• Understands and has practiced agile software development and management.
• Exposure to multiple languages and frameworks as engineer or manager.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on products and features your squads are building.
• Work with Product Management to prioritize milestones.
• Build technical rollout plans to reach milestones.
• Foster a positive engineering culture aligned with values.
• Coach engineers on responsible AI adoption and integration.
• Adapt agile processes to AI advancements and translate gains into value.
• Act as Product Manager on Engineering-driven squads.
