Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software in startup or growth environments.
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, OpenAI).
• Build modern web applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with AWS, deployment, production operations, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Build AI-native workflows leveraging LLMs, search, retrieval, and intelligence systems.
• Design and maintain APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs.
• Contribute to architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards.
• Support technical diligence, commercialization efforts, and fundraising activities.
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard engineering resources upon growth.
