Responsibilities

• Lead, empower, and develop a team of software engineers delivering APIs, logging, monitoring, and highly available datastore services.
• Develop short- and long-term product and operational strategies in collaboration with product management and architecture teams.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Drive software quality, performance, security, and resilience via code reviews, CI, and incident response.
• Coach engineers to grow into higher-level system design and architecture work in an AI-augmented environment.
• Oversee integration of AI tools into the development cycle with governance on when human review is required.
