Job summary

the company Engineering is seeking a Software Engineer Manager to scale our CI/CD and drive velocity for AI/ML-powered tooling. You will partner with Engineers, Architects, Security and PM teams to define a strategic roadmap and deliver high-impact platforms that reduce friction and accelerate delivery.

You will recruit and mentor a globally distributed team, build internal developer tools, and champion automation and engineering excellence while rolling out phased deliverables and gathering

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of high‑performing platform teams (min 3 years).
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation: design, requirements, progress sessions.
• Production experience with distributed systems on AWS (GCP a bonus).
• Passion for automation and Agile software development.
• Experience building CD pipelines using Java, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Python, Ruby, Bash.
• Experience in building internal developer tools.

• Articulate and drive a technical vision and roadmap.
