United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a platform engineering team responsible for the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. You will guide security-aligned architecture and champion AI-ready, scalable systems across the globe.

The role combines hands-on platform work with people leadership, reporting to the Head of Engineering. A strong focus on observability, IaC, and secure practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Vision for modern platform engineering with AI agents as contributors.
• Deep experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure, with fast pipelines.
• Experience building scalable systems with observability and IaC.
• Security-minded approach to platform engineering and AI integration.
• Proven track record growing and mentoring engineers; hands-on mindset.
• 3+ years in Engineering Management and 6+ years as a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a platform engineering team and set technical direction.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and developer experience.
• Oversee global infrastructure on GCP with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Partner with CISO to implement security strategies for AI-enabled systems.
• Drive platform scalability and culture through hands-on leadership.
