Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in engineering management.
• Proven experience shipping production systems, including agentic or automation-heavy workflows.
• Strong hands‑on coding ability in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience building systems that interact with APIs, tools, and external services (not just prompt-based interfaces).
• Demonstrated ability to define metrics and evaluate system performance rigorously.
• Experience writing clear technical design documents and driving alignment.

Responsibilities

• Make every engineer more productive by eliminating repetitive workflows through AI agents.
• Define and own the agent roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and how to measure success.
• Build and lead a small, high-impact team of engineers.
• Contribute hands‑on to prototyping, coding, and unblocking technical challenges.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance (golden tasks, regression sets, replay, LLM-as-judge).
• Partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, and DevX teams to integrate agents into core workflows.
• Drive high engineering standards through design docs, RFCs, and strong execution.
