Job summary

Delinea in the Philippines is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide the Fastpath Access Governance team, overseeing core development with .NET, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes on Azure. You’ll manage integrations with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver secure, scalable services.

You will be hands‑on with AI tooling, and push your teams to leverage AI-enabled design, coding, testing, and deployment practices to raise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile engineering teams with a strong delivery track record.
• 5+ years hands-on software development with deep fluency in .NET/C# or comparable backend tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sprint team of software engineers—people and work delivered.
• Lead integration specialists for ERP and business applications connectivity.
• Own technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and operational health of Fastpath Access Governance services.
• Lead efforts to bring Fastpath Access Governance capabilities to the Delinea Platform natively.
• Partner with PM, UX, and Architecture to shape requirements and drive architecture decisions.
• Drive adoption of AI coding assistants, design tools, and test automation across teams.
• Build a culture where engineers can grow and do their best work.
