Job summary

Delinea is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Fastpath Access Governance engineering, guiding teams that design, build, and operate governance services using .NET, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes on Azure. You will partner with ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce) and drive AI-enabled development practices.

You will manage delivery, roadmap, and scale, while fostering a culture of collaboration, security, and continuous improvement. This is an on-site role in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years managing Agile engineering teams with delivery track record.
• 5+ years hands-on development with .NET/C# or similar backend tech.
• Experience building cloud-native services on Azure or AWS at scale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers, product, and leadership.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and AI-based test automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sprint team of software engineers and their deliverables.
• Oversee integration specialists building ERP/CRM connectors.
• Own technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and operational health of Fastpath services.
• Lead integration of Fastpath into the Delinea Platform.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, and Architecture in Scrum to shape requirements.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering, tooling standards, and test automation.
• Foster a safe, growth-oriented team culture.
