Experience operating in a mature continuous-delivery environment with production ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, including senior engineers and tech leads.
Own hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and zero-downtime migrations.
Establish service ownership, runbooks, and escalation paths for production systems.
Drive API design and versioning discipline, and ensure testing coverage.
Ensure PCI SOC HITRUST and related compliance requirements without delaying delivery.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other units to drive reliable delivery.
