Commerce Solutions is seeking an experienced engineering leader to run and own one team end-to-end, shaping architecture, delivery, and roadmap. This is a hands-on role where you will write specs, review PRs, run the AI harness daily, and ensure the team ships reliable software.

You will align with Product, own cross-team dependencies, manage on-call rotations, grow engineers, and drive a high-performance, AI-enabled development culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and hands-on leadership experience.
• Experience with PHP, WordPress ecosytem, and modern JS frameworks.
• Ability to ship high-quality software in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture design, delivery and roadmap for your team.
• Own the engineering outcomes for Commerce Solutions' product space (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, and related tools).
• Stay in the work: write specs, review PRs, and ship real changes.
