You will collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable solutions, foster innovation, and raise the bar for technical excellence across distributed cloud-native systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and strong technical judgement.
• Track record of delivering customer-facing software and developing engineers.
• First-hand experience with AI development tools.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-native SaaS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team for Scheduling, setting expectations and coaching engineers.
• Shape technical direction through design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Deliver customer and business outcomes by partnering with Product and Design.
