Job summary

Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management platform that powers hourly workforces across 100+ countries. We are seeking a senior engineering leader to guide Scheduling initiatives, drive architectural decisions, and coach engineers to deliver reliable, customer-focused software.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable solutions, foster innovation, and raise the bar for technical excellence across distributed cloud-native systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and strong technical judgement.
• Track record of delivering customer-facing software and developing engineers.
• First-hand experience with AI development tools.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-native SaaS systems.
