- Comfort operating across Microsoft stack technologies.

- Lead and develop application engineering teams to deliver software outcomes.
- Drive modern engineering standards, patterns, and code quality.
- Translate product and business needs into actionable delivery plans.
- Embed Agile/Scrum practices into team workflows and planning.
- Oversee CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reliability and engineering execution.
