Job summary

Incedo Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a technically strong AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI and Generative AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable plans.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of software delivery experience and 2–3 years delivering AI projects, solid Agile practice, and familiarity with LLMs, AI architectures, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience managing software development or digital delivery projects.
• 2–3 years of experience delivering AI, ML, or Generative AI projects.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence; cloud platforms experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination; cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI projects.
• Create project plans, sprint schedules, release roadmaps, and milestones.
• Coordinate AI engineers, software developers, data engineers, QA, UX, and product teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with architects.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track KPIs and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality and governance standards.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, and post-deployment support.
• Drive continuous process improvements and AI delivery best practices.
