Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and technical oversight across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate projects with product owners and scrum masters to meet timelines and budgets.
• Establish development best practices and ensure quality and compliance.
