We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more cross-functional software engineering teams. This individual will provide both people leadership and technical direction while helping teams deliver complex, customer-facing products. The Engineering Manager will partner closely with product owners, scrum masters, engineers, and business stakeholders to establish priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This position is well suited for a strategic, hands‑on technology leader who enjoys developing engineering talent, improving delivery processes, and solving complex technical challenges.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, relevant experience, technical expertise, and other job‑related qualifications.
