Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Boston Go & Tech Center seeks an Engineering Manager to lead teams across intelligent controls, mechanical design, and manufacturing process development. You will drive advanced automation, data analytics, and technology deployment in a fast-paced environment.

You will own projects from concept to deployment, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Relocation may be required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate to opportunities across locations.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• Lead material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies and process optimization.
• Oversee design, maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems.
• Guide robotics development and integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Lead sustainable engineering solutions and site infrastructure projects.
• Build long-term technical capability and promote adoption of digital solutions.
