CREMER North America, LP seeks an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, equipment, instrumentation, controls, and automation across our Cincinnati manufacturing operations.

This leader partners with Plant Managers and site teams to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while building world-class capabilities through TPM and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in engineering/maintenance leadership.
• Experience setting strategy across teams and influencing outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, asset lifecycle management.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the multi-year roadmap for engineering, maintenance, reliability, equipment, instrumentation, controls, and automation.
• Translate objectives into prioritized standards, investments, projects, and capability improvements.
• Own asset-management framework and improve equipment capability, reliability, and OEE.
• Lead site action plans with Plant Managers and support local accountability for execution.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing operating system and maintenance excellence across sites.
• Provide technical leadership for major equipment issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
