You will align engineering and maintenance with site priorities, lead a skilled team, and drive cross-functional initiatives across operations and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or plant operations.
• Experience leading direct reports in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, equipment reliability, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong problem-solving, project leadership, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic improvement work with day-to-day plant support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant-level manufacturing engineering and maintenance activities aligned to site priorities.
• Create alignment between engineering and maintenance to support shared goals.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute performance initiatives.
• Translate plant needs into functional priorities and ownership.
• Oversee engineering support for safety, quality, productivity, cost, and improvement.
• Drive equipment, process, and system improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Ensure resources align to plant needs and production demands.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with data and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, HR and leadership for goals.
