This fully on-site role focuses on championing a reliability culture while managing workforce engagement through data-driven systems and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 7-10 years of management experience, with skills in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Join us to help build a sustainable and innovative future.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years managerial experience in engineering or maintenance.
• Experience with reliability tools such as FMEA and RCFA.
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Asset Management and Reliability Strategies.
• Implement standard work within maintenance functions.
• Coach and mentor team members to sustain success.
