Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc in East Alton, IL is seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to lead maintenance teams, enforce LOTO, and ensure safety, reliability and thorough documentation. This on-site role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and prior experience managing maintenance staff.

The position offers a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 with potential bonus based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 5-7 years managerial experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment.
• Ability to communicate and make decisions, adapt to cultural change, and work within a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance services with a focus on safety, reliability, execution, and documentation discipline.
• Maintain safe, organized shop environments and improve workflow, layout, and tooling readiness.
• Oversee inventory and vendor management, including VMI and Yellow Tag system.
• Coordinate outages and repairs with documented LOTO plans, execution tracking, and post-job reviews.
• Order and manage shop materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Drive accountability through thorough documentation and audit-ready records.
• Lead maintenance technicians and ensure safety, execution, and documentation compliance.
