Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring an Engineering and Maintenance Development Manager for the East Alton, IL site. The role leads the improvement of engineering and maintenance processes to champion a reliability culture and develop a skilled, data-driven workforce.

The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree with 7–10 years of managerial experience, CMMS and SAP familiarity, and a strong background in reliability and maintenance management. on-site only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7-10 years managerial experience.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site leadership to develop and deploy asset management and reliability strategies.
• Define and implement standard work within maintenance.
• Develop training opportunities and a skills matrix for succession and development.
