Job summary

Wieland is seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor for an on-site role in East Alton, IL. Lead maintenance activities with emphasis on safety, reliability, and proper documentation in a large copper and alloy facility.

The role focuses on LOTO excellence, work-order discipline, and effective shop management. Base salary range is $90,000–$110,000 with potential annual bonus based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5–7 years managerial experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
• Ability to communicate, decide, and coach in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance services with focus on safety, reliability, execution, and documentation.
• Oversee Roll Grinding, Roll Building, Rebuilds & Refurbishments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation standards; require complete work orders and reports.
• Maintain safe, organized shop environments (5S) and improve workflow.
• Manage inventory levels, vendor relations, and stock additions.
• Coordinate outages with documented LOTO plans and post-job reviews.
• Procure and manage shop materials; control costs.
• Drive accountability through documentation and audit readiness.
